Our Services

Our 8 week Mindfulness Foundations Course is a  lively and engaging 20 hour course that combines the practice of meditation and the practical application of mindfulness in daily life. Develop practical skills to live with intention and attention, and cultivate inner peace, wellness, and genuine happiness.

Enrollment includes:

  • 20 hours of engaging live class time

  • “Transforming to a Mindful Life” Course Companion Journal

  • “The Wisdom of a Meaningful Life” book by co-founder John Bruna

  • Three-month membership in the Mindful Life Community™ 

  • Access to a guided meditation library and additional resources

  • Ongoing support with mindfulness practice after course ends

*Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) credits available for social workers, therapists, and substance abuse counselors.

*Continuing Education Units (CEUs) may be available for teachers.

This course was exactly what I needed at this time in my life. It provided an opportunity to not only connect with other people in our community, but to connect with the power we all have within ourselves. It allowed me to more deeply understand myself and to cultivate greater clarity through attentional balance. Of course, I am continuing to work to build mindfulness into my life, but I now have the tools and guidance to do so. I am looking forward to the influence this course will have on my family, my students and my community.
